The person who delivers my mail can't seem to close the box and I'm losing mail. Shouldn't have to worry about what mail I'm not getting.
The weekday mail lady is nice. I’ve had constant trouble with packages though. Was suppose to receive 3 today. 2 of them showed up. Waited for the other, finally at 5PM received an email saying it was attempted to be delivered but no one was home. I was home all day! Twice this has happened while I was home, waiting for the delivery.
I’m not sure if they forget and just say hell with it but very upset that they make it look like the problem was on my end when I’ve been home all day waiting.
