I came in here one day to set up a library card and the librarian was the rudest person I had ever met, saying I couldn't get a card because I was a minor. Then not allowing my grandma to sign it for me. (She's my guardian.) They don't really care to help you most days unless you are lucky and get the one or two from a different branch that still have the passion for books and helping people.
